We will be taking you through the current activities arranged by the Johannesburg committee and you will have the opportunity to influence the overall direction of the chapter for the upcoming year. You will also have the opportunity to network with your fellow Mensans.
The Annual General Meeting will be followed by a speaker. Independent Online (IOL) managing editior Adrian Ephraim will be talking about
- Freedom of speech vs censorship online
- The general shift in news gathering from news corporations to civil society
