Join the members of Mensa Winelands for a private guided tour and lunch at the Rupert Museum in Stellenbosch on Saturday 11 November at 11:00.
We will explore the museum’s current exhibitions with our guide – these includes CASTED (Italian Modern Sculpture from the Huberte Goote permanent collection), The Johannesburg Station Panels (JH Pierneef’s most acclaimed public commission of 32 panels), Storeroom Series (Irma Stern’s ‘Zanzibar Years’) and AbstRacT – the hidden synchrony (53 macro photographs by Swiss psychiatrist, psychotherapist an later turned photographer Oscar Forel (1891-1982).

Following the tour, we will enjoy some Winelands’ socialising in the museum’s Cafe, which features the original Tretchikoff fireplace.
